Many women want to know what the earliest signs of pregnancy are so that when they become pregnant, they don’t have to guess, they will know! If you have never been pregnant before, you may not know the earliest signs of pregnancy, for women who have had children before you may remember the changes your body experienced when you became pregnant the first time.
Here are some of the earliest signs of pregnancy:
1. Morning Sickness
Morning sickness is how many women first realize that they are pregnant which makes this one of the earliest signs of pregnancy. Just because it is called morning sickness does not mean that this will always happen in the morning. You will feel nausea and may experience vomiting. Certain smells and foods that normally don’t bother you can make you sick suddenly when you have become pregnant.
2. Missed Menstrual Cycle
For women, menstrual cycles are normal participants, the lack of a period is a sure sign of pregnancy. If you have irregular menstrual cycles, then it is much more difficult to notice the pregnancy in this way. But if you missed your menstrual cycle for two months or more, then this is a very good sign that you are pregnant.
3. Tenderness of breasts
Another sign of possible pregnancy is breast changes. Changing in a woman’s breasts is an indicator of a change in her body, including changes related to reproduction. In the early stages of pregnancy, the breasts undergo significant changes, telling your body that something is changing. They begin to be very sensitive to the touch and can be painful and very sensitive to stimuli.
4. Unusually tired
Lastly, another of the earliest signs of pregnancy is unusually extreme fatigue. When pregnant your normal activities that didn’t make you tired before suddenly do after you are pregnant. You can even find it difficult to stay awake and alert, and you may feel you need a nap in the afternoon or evening.
Other symptoms in some women may be more frequent trips to the bathroom, while other women report feelings of bloating or cramps which are similar to the discomfort of menstruation. These are the earliest signs of pregnancy that are common, but are not guarantees, because fatigue and nausea, frequent trips to the bathroom, and stomach cramps all can easily be caused by a number of other health problems. If you feel you may be pregnant go get a pregnancy test or go to your doctor and get them to test you for being pregnant.
